Where can I use the vouchers?	» open

What is the voucher validity?	» open
Validity is stated on each voucher. Meal vouchers are valid since the date of the latest emission issue (i.e. approximately from half of November) to 31.12. of the following year. Other vouchers have been released since 1.5. and are valid till 31.12.of the following year.

What may happen if I loose the voucher?	» open
Unfortunately the voucher cannot be replaced by any means. Be cautious about your vouchers please.

Where can I call if I have a question regarding the vouchers?	» open

Can I change the damaged vouchers?	» open
Unfortunately you personally cannot change the damaged vouchers. However you can ask your employer for cooperation. You can return the vouchers through your employer. The employer has to send the application for a credit note together with damaged vouchers. There has to be a silver holographic strip visible on the vouchers and the barcode has to be legible as well. The employer will make out a credit note and the voucher value will be paid out to the employer’s bank account. Then the employer can order, together with a new purchase order, some vouchers as a compensation of your damaged ones.

Are the affiliates obliged to return the money if the voucher is not used to full extent of its nominal value?	» open
Legal regulations don’t solve this situation directly. We have to go out from the legal regulations of the Law Nr. 586/1992 Code of Law on income tax in the full version. In view of the employee the benefit in the form of Sodexo vouchers is exempt from income tax provided it deals with non-financial payments. In case the employer provided the employees with financial benefits they would have to pay income tax from such a benefit. The vouchers cannot be changed for money without any tax consequences. On the other hand if the shop didn’t give the money for not exhausted vouchers back it would mean an unreasonable enriching on the side of the shop. It is not easy to answer the above-mentioned question unambiguously. In our view the right solution is the exhaustion of the total voucher value for one main meal. The customer should be informed about the total exhaustion of the voucher value before the purchase.

Is it anyhow limited how many vouchers I can use for one purchase?	» open
The restriction is only by meal vouchers that you use at supermarkets to buy some food. Here you can use maximum 5 meal vouchers. Otherwise there is no restriction in the number of meal vouchers you use in restaurants.
